Instructor Terms

These Instructor Terms are between you and San Uni Academy, with its registered office at 25, Euphannam-ro 21beon-gil, Hoengseong-eup, Hoengseong-gun, Gangwon-do, Republic of Korea ("SUA", "we", "us"). Our full company details are in the Legal Notice at /legal/notice.

These terms apply, in addition to the Terms of Use (/terms), to everyone who teaches on San Uni Academy: teachers invited to SUA's own platform courses and teachers who create contract courses under a signed teacher contract. You accept them when you apply to teach and again when your teaching membership starts; a new version that changes them materially is shown to you for acceptance at your next sign-in. They are written in English only, and the English text is binding.

Your signed teacher contract governs your money, your course entitlements, ownership of the content you create and the term of your work. If these terms and your signed contract differ, the signed contract wins for the topics it covers; these terms fill everything it does not say. Each clause starts with a short summary; the full text is what applies.
