How we work to make San Uni Academy usable for everyone.
San Uni Academy is built to work for every learner, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control, or keyboard-only navigation. We design and test new features with accessibility in mind rather than treating it as an afterthought.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across the platform — covering color contrast, keyboard operability, semantic structure, and clear focus states.
Instructors are encouraged to caption video lessons and provide text alternatives for visual material. Certificates and key transactional emails are built with accessible, semantic markup.
Accessibility is a continuous process. We regularly review the platform for gaps and prioritize fixes alongside new features rather than deferring them indefinitely.
