How we work to make San Uni Academy usable by everyone.
Our approach

Our commitment
San Uni Academy is built to work for every learner, including people who use screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control or only a keyboard. We design and test new features with accessibility in mind from the start.

The standard we follow
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across the platform: colour contrast, keyboard use, clear structure and visible focus.

Course content
Instructors are encouraged to caption video lessons and describe visual material in text. Certificates and the emails we send are built with accessible markup.

Work that continues
Accessibility is never finished. We review the platform for gaps regularly and fix them alongside new features instead of putting them off.
